Romek is a Principal Data Scientist at Zalando, where he is part of the Personalized Inspiration and Entertainment team. His work involves experiment design and statistical inference aimed at informing product strategy. Previously, he worked at Google Ads, designing the statistical methodology behind an experimentation platform for advertisers.

He holds a DPhil in Statistics from Oxford University, where he was a member of the Probability research group. Prior to that, he earned a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Warsaw.
